Key thing to note is that I didn’t properly back up my blog since Feb 2010 (and even if I did, the database file is unrecoverable). AHHHHH – that means I’ve lost all my posts for over 1 year! *pulling out my hair*

This is the ultimate product for eliminating nail biting activities. In fact, it can also be used for other things like eliminating the pacifier or thumb. Warning: It’s extremely bitter and tastes disgusting. I’m sure there are other products similar to this, but for both Vanessa and Natalie, it has been effective for a variety of “unique” habits.

When I read the news today “Battle stations as Mexican brings swine flu to HK” – I was actually slightly peeved that it’s actually happened – here.
