I’m running out of breakfast ideas. The problem is that we usually eat oatmeal on most days. It’s healthy, it’s versitile, it’s easy to make and it’s relatively non-parishable in this wet HK environment. The problem with some google searched sites with the keywords “Breakfast Ideas for Kids” will bring up a lot of results; however a majority of these recipe ideas seem to involve lots of sugars (and/or calories) – pancakes, waffles, glazed bananas - why can’t you just give your children regular bananas without the added sugar?
