Bear with me – I am doing some renovations to this site. A bit bored with the old layout and figured it could use some spicing up with specify sections for frequently accessed information (like reviews). I’ve been searching for a few weeks for a suitable layout and have seemed to found one in this one. I’ve gotten a few questions from friends who are about to have kids on which camera is best for taking photos of their kids. As an amateur photographer who wants to be able to capture great moments on a high quality digital camera (and also has video capabilities), I highly recommend the Canon PowerShot G9. I think I bought it at around HKD $3000, but you’ll have to check the stores yourself for sure. That’s a ball park figure.

Dennis’ current phone is the Nokia E71.
He’s used it for about 3 months, which is a considered a relatively good time length in our household. However, with itchy fingers, he’s going to go and look at buying something else, so instead of writing a review for him, I’ve taken the liberty of photographing it first before he left the door and sold it! This is my current phone. The Palm Centro. I got it as a surprise present from my husband as soon as it was released in Hong Kong.
What I love:
Continued palm OS usage for which I can sync my previous palm data to
Great standby time – it usually lasts me 5 days with some usage
Small keyboard (me with little fingers finds this great – especially for SMS’ing)
320×320 pixel; 65k-color; transflective back-lit screen that’s a perfect size
At 4.2 ounces in weight, it’s a pretty easy carry (esp compared to other PDAs)
