I came across this super cool piece on people.com while doing some surfing this weekend.
It’s a 5-minute video of the funny things said on talk shows this week. It’s quick, pretty funny and diversified. I expect Ellen to make this list every week, I truly love what she does on her shows and they are pretty funny.
Check it out if you have some time: “They Said What?”

WOW. When I saw this photo, I was floored. It is INCREDIBLE. I didn’t put it here because of a potential copyright infringement, so you’ll have to check it out yourself.

You see, I wish I had the capacity to take my photos to this level, but it will take an investment in hardware and skills. Let me think about it. But WOW. Took my breath away.

Wow, I found this amazing reference site for PMs as I was doing some research today. It is thorough, detailed, provides templates and is easy to read. As I was filtering through it, I noticed so many things that I learned formally as a PM, but never put to practice. Good food for thought!

I’ve recently gotten a iPhone – this was really to congratulate myself on getting a new job and my old Palm Centro Desktop for Vista was simply horrendous looking. Call it a splurge and maybe an unnecessary one, but I’m 100% happy with my purchase and loving it!
And of course being the techies that we are at home, the iPhone is crackable (so you can install any apps on it – and oops did I say that out loud?). Well for those who want to “try” a variety of applications, …

I came across this fabulous site while surfing the web. It’s http://www.sheknows.com and it’s almost like an online magazine with tidbits of stuff about everything. The parts I like the most are under the Parenting and Beauty & Style sections. For example, an article “Should moms be on Facebook?” I really enjoyed because it’s something that you don’t think about. Well – my mom is on facebook, but she’s probably an inactive user and hell yah, I’d friend her. I’d be offended if we weren’t friends. But the article seems …

While doing a search for “CHANEL PURSES” – just out of curiousity, I ran across this fabulous blog called “The Purse Blog“. I am not a big fan of brand name purses. I mean, I used to buy them (before I had children) and only out of a more pratical use, but I’m not crazy about chasing the new releases. However, this site is pretty cool. I like the lay out, I like the colour, I like the photos and I like the content. Cool. Maybe I will buy a …

One day, I introduced a game called “Fieldrunners” to Tracy. This game is ONLY available through the Iphone or Itouch devices. Whilst we only had one readily available, that meant that only one person could play at one time. Drats. So Clark introduced us to another game called “Tower Defense” – he managed to find it on online and free! You can’t imagine the power of addiction here. It’s really a simple game with minimal graphics, but the addiction is very real. If you play and complete a level, add your score …

I am a big fan of technology. I am a big fan of gadgets. I am a big fan of funny. So you combine the three and you get something that’ll laugh your pants off while enjoying its high-tech edge.
I found this SLR McLaren selling on Ebay for only $45,000 USD!!! They retail for over $125,000 USD. So you think, well something obviously must be wrong with it. GOD, you are sooo wrong.

While doing a search on productivity blogs, I came across a neat one called lifehack.org and found this fabulously halarious article on Darth Vader’s Management Secrets. It’s pretty exact in defining Darth Vader’s management style and you’ll get a good kick reading it.
I am not a fan of Star Wars and have only watched a few to say the least (definitely not the last and latest production), but I have seen and read enough to comprehend the whole of the article. I’ll admit, in today’s society that some of these …

Since I’ve been dabbling in some photography lately, I’ve decided to search for sites that will inspire and encourage my creative side to come out. Here’s a great site designed by women, most of whom are mothers and take pride in their photography.
It’s an inspiration to see some of the photographs taken by members and authors and it makes me want to buy a better lens for my G9, or maybe take a crash course in photography. Except, many blogs do say that part of it is trial and error …
