Firm Body, No Workout Required?

AH-hahaaha, the stuff people come up with!  One interesting health article I came across today - if only shoes could really help you snip off 1-2 inches off our derrieres!  However, I can scientifically see how the concept is sound - similiar to walking around in the sand, but theoretical and realistic are always 2 different things.  Maybe when the fad fades, I may go “try” on a pair.  I now often wear runners on weekends with the kids because it helps absorb impact to an aging (and damaged knee - thanks trailwalker!!! *grr*) and it matches my weekend sports wear.
