My Moleskine 2.0 Competition Winner Announcement

13 August 2009 465 views One Comment

Well, the winners were announced last week for the My Moleskine 2.0 competition and I, unfortunately, was not on the list!  If you’re not clear on what I’m talking about, you can see this post I made on the creation of My Moleskine 2.0 hack

Here is their announcement on the winners:

We are now happy to announce that among more than 300 votes,
the top winner is the creative project “one day in Istanbul” by Bengisu Bayrak from Turkey.
The second place goes to the project inspired by Calvino’s Invisible City by Wan-Lin Chang from Taiwan, and
the third prize to the “Dinner Organiser” project by Mathilde Elu from France.

Kudos to the winners, but at least I am getting 3 free moleskines shipped to my house.  Better yet - my husband also won the “lucky winner” draw and got one free moleskine as well (which I received today in the mail).  So although we won’t be swimming in moleskines, it certainly was an interesting experience.  No regrets.  Thank you to everyone who supported me in the event and to those who voted for me.  You can be sure I will be joining future events and you can read about my adventures here.

* P.S. - pictures of the events are pictured above - courtesy of the organizers.
