I’ve recently gotten a iPhone - this was really to congratulate myself on getting a new job and my old Palm Centro Desktop for Vista was simply horrendous looking.  Call it a splurge and maybe an unnecessary one, but I’m 100% happy with my purchase and loving it!

And of course being the techies that we are at home, the iPhone is crackable (so you can install any apps on it - and oops did I say that out loud?).  Well for those who want to “try” a variety of applications, visit this cool site:

The idea behind this site is that you can “try before you buy”.  It’s a supplement to the iStore.  I do pay for software if I deem them useful and worth it.  Like SplashID.  Great software, great application, great desktop utility.  Of course, as a software developer, they deserve credit for their work.  Anyways, just check it out for yourself.
