CNY Lunch at Ruby Tuesday with a Gazillion Kids

10 February 2009 203 views One Comment

It’s always a fun and thoroughly chaotic time hanging out with Dennis’ friends (whom all of little princesses at home).  Most gatherings harness more children than adults and it scares the wait staff that the long table needs more high chairs than adult chairs.  Our server was a good sport at Ruby Tuesdays in Taikoo Shing – he offered to watch Victoria for me and commented that she had lost her shoes and asked the kitchen to slow down the onslaught of incoming food because there was no room at the table.  You can imagine the stuff on the table.  Children’s cutlery, toys, water bottles, food, crayons and coloring books.  I like that Ruby Tuesday offers a wide, matted play area for the kids to run around in – so the adults hung out there for awhile with the kids, running around and drooling everywhere.   It will definitely get more fun as they get older.  Victoria is only one who is still crawling, but give her a few more weeks and she’ll take them all down.  Good times.

Wow.. look at all the kiddies. Seriously, soon the kids will outnumber the adults. Let’s hope by then Vanessa will be old enough to help take care of one of the little ones. By the way, what happened the your Momics?
