While doing a search on productivity blogs, I came across a neat one called lifehack.org and found this fabulously halarious article on Darth Vader’s Management Secrets.  It’s pretty exact in defining Darth Vader’s management style and you’ll get a good kick reading it.

I am not a fan of Star Wars and have only watched a few to say the least (definitely not the last and latest production), but I have seen and read enough to comprehend the whole of the article.  I’ll admit, in today’s society that some of these management tricks don’t work because of human rights and fairness issues, but frighteningly enough, I concur with them!  Check it out:
